New Reserve Team Manager and Academy Director appointed

STEVE Buxton has been appointed as the new manager of NEWI Cefn Druids Reserve Team.

The former Wrexham player and Flint Town United manager has joined The Ancients after having been in charge of the under-16 side at Borras Park Albion.

Part of his remit is to continue the youth policy at NEWI Cefn Druids.

Also joining the coaching staff is Steve Gelder, who has been appointed as the Interim Academy Director.

Gelder has worked as the Academy Director at Connah's Quay and will be working together with his assistant, Guy Handscombe, until he attains his UEFA A-Licence.

NEWI Cefn Druids wouls like to welcome Steve and Steve to the club.
